Ten day processing time of non-immigrant visas for nationals of certain countries
In general, the processing time for nationals of the following countries is ten days:

Procedure
If you file an application for a non-immigrant visa your passport will be stamped and handed over immediately after our evaluation. After ten days you might call under telephone number 257113269 and ask whether your visa can be issued. Then generally you or a representative might submit your passport on Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.. Passports and visas are handed over in the afternoons between 2:00 and 3:30 p.m. There are no passports and visas handed over on Fridays.
The processing time of ten days does not refer to airport transit visas. These might be issued within the same day, if completed applications are submitted Mondays to Thursdays between 09:00 and 11:00 a.m.
